Eucharist
The reception of Jesus Christ under the species of bread and wine in Holy Communion sacrament means and verifies the spiritual food of the soul. And so, in that it gives the invisible grace under visible species, saves reason for sacrament. Jesus instituting the Eucharist (Mark 14:22-26) gives intrinsically sacramental value because through it he transmits his grace, his living presence. Therefore, the Eucharist is the most important of the sacraments, where you come from and going that everyone else, Centre of the liturgical life, expression and food of the Christian communion.

La recepción de Jesucristo sacramentado bajo las especies de pan y vino en la sagrada Comunión significa y verifica el alimento espiritual del alma. Y así, en cuanto que en ella se da la gracia invisible bajo especies visibles, guarda razón de sacramento. Jesús al instituir la Eucaristía (Marcos 14:22-26) le confiere intrínsecamente el valor sacramental pues a través de ella Él nos transmite su gracia, su presencia viva. Por ello, la Eucaristía es el más importante de los sacramentos, de donde salen y hacia el que van todos los demás, centro de la vida litúrgica, expresión y alimento de la comunión cristiana.
